Bulk flowers are sold as-is, just as they arrive from the farm or wholesaler — the same way a florist would receive them. They are not processed, cleaned, or arranged the way they would be for a full‑service wedding.

You will be responsible for:

• Removing leaves, thorns, and damaged petals

• Sorting, trimming, and conditioning each stem

• Keeping the flowers hydrated

• Storing them properly until design time

We include clean buckets with water as part of the cost and our delivery process, but all processing is up to you.

We only offer bulk flowers between May and September during the growing season.

To place a bulk order, you’ll provide:

• Your colour palette

• Your preferred style or vibe (e.g., airy garden style, classic whites, bright and joyful)

We will choose the best seasonal flowers available within that palette. Specific flower types cannot be guaranteedin a standard bulk order.

If you require guaranteed varieties (e.g., “must include dahlias and garden roses”), this is considered a custom order and comes with an additional fee.

Advice and recommendations are also available for a consultation fee.

Bulk flowers must be picked up or delivered 48 hours before your event. This gives you enough time to process, hydrate, and let the blooms open up beautifully.

Plan for at least 8–12 hours of hands‑on prep work, depending on your design plans and the number of helpers you have. This includes processing, conditioning, and arranging. This is a rough guide and your time needed will vary based on your scope of work and level of experience with flowers.

Once the flowers leave our studio, they are your responsibility. To keep them happy:

• Store them in clean buckets of water

• Keep them out of direct sunlight

• Avoid heat, drafts, and overly warm rooms

• Do not leave them in a hot car or out of water

To keep bulk orders affordable and streamlined, our bulk service offerings do not include:

• Moodboards or floral recipes

• Design advice or consultations

• Arrangement guidance

• On‑site setup or troubleshooting

• Vessel rentals

• Ribbon, tape, snips, chicken wire, flower frogs, etc.

If you need design support, we’re happy to discuss upgraded services.

To place an order, submit an inquiry with your wedding or event date, the required number of stems, colour palette, style, and what you’re planning to create (arrangements, budvases, bouquets, etc.), whether your need delivery or pick up, and the address. We’ll respond back with a quote.
