Getting Your Flowers

Delivery

We offer delivery within Ottawa and Gatineau for a fee, which can be added at checkout. While your delivery date is guaranteed, we’re unable to guarantee a specific time. Because our flowers are delicate and cannot be left unattended, someone must be home to receive them. If your plans change after placing an order, please reach out—we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Pick-Up

We offer pick-up from our downtown Ottawa studio. The exact address will be shared once your order is confirmed. This option is ideal if you'd prefer to collect your order in person or are located nearby. Please ensure your pick-up time aligns with our availability so we can have your order ready.

Returns & Exchanges

Flowers are ephemeral by nature, and organically grown blooms often carry unique quirks and imperfections that we believe add charm and character. We take great care in sourcing, harvesting, and arranging your flowers so they arrive fresh and beautiful. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange for any reason, including circumstances beyond our control.

Packaging

Sustainability is central to our practice. As gardeners working closely with nature, we see the impact of climate change firsthand and believe it’s essential to reduce waste wherever possible. We never use floral foam or cellophane. Instead, we wrap our flowers in recyclable paper and cardboard, and for deliveries, we use compostable eco-wraps and bags to keep your blooms hydrated and protected.
